NEW HOME

Good morning all,

I wanted make a New Home card but couldn't find an image suitable. My sister is very talented with drawings and paintings so I asked her if she could draw me a New Home image. She sent me this image which I then coloured with promarkers. I'm really pleased with the results and just want to say...... "THANK YOU SISTER".

1/2 PRICE STAMPS

Good morning,

Hope you are all keeping well!

It's raining here today so I'm going to stay in and do some crafting.

Just a quick reminder that there's still time to order the Ladybug Crafts Ink cling stamps which are all 1/2 price until the end of January. To get to the shop click HERE

I just love the LCI images and if you browse through my blog most of the images I use are LCI.

These are what I ordered and I'm so pleased with them. After placing an order they was through the letter box within a few day.

You probably saw my card on Tuesday with Nikki and the cake.

This is another I made last night.

For the chair I have paper pieced it and the papers are from the Wedding Making Memories range. The sentiment comes with the image and I have used  a Nellie Snellen die and threaded white silk ribbon through.

GD CARD FOR LCI CHALLENGE

Good morning everyone,

Can't believe it's the middle of January already. And a very cold one at that!
Had a lovely day yesterday. I stayed in all day and did lots of crafting. Going to work today and have scheduled my post so hope it goes out ok.

Thank you everyone for helping me with the problem yesterday regarding the white screen when trying to comment. A few of my followers changed their comment setting from embedded to pop up and now I can get in to comment on their post. If anyone is having this problem see yesterdays comments. Susan's versions of the Easy Fix seems to have worked for me.

Today is challenge time over at:

LADYBUG CRAFTS INK

I am so enjoying being one of their Guest Designers.

Just a reminder that the challenges are now fortnightly so it should give you a bit longer to get your entries posted.

On the last challenge we had some beautiful entries. I'm looking forward to seeing all your lovely projects for this one.

The theme for this fortnight is:

BOWS

So lets see your lovely creations with bows.

Here is my card. Hope you like it!

I have used one of the Nikki cling stamps. All the stamps at LCI are half price for the month of January. The papers are from a Forever Friends paper pack and I have used Ribbon and a mulberry flower from my craft stash. The tiny butterflies are a punch which I have added cinammon stickles to the centre. The panel at the bottom behind the image is embossed using Crafts Too folder and then I have used cut-n-dry foam and vintage sepia, versa fine ink which I have lightly emboss over the top.

COMMENTING PROBLEMS!!!

Hi all,

Is anyone else out there having problems when commenting on some blogs. Some I can get into but others just show a white blank screen.

Anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Many thanks!
